Organisation: 

During this internship I had the chance to follow the producer of the project Lewis van der Werf and assist him in different areas of communication and organisation of the team and pipeline of the project. I familiarised myself with Kitzu and Ayon to be able to navigate and check how the progress of the film was going. I also kept my own Breakdown sheet that the Capybara heads of the office would use to double check how much work was completed during the day as I would actively update it.​

Communication:

In this project it was crucial that i kept up to date daily with the teams' progress and I informed my producer Lewis on the progress of the project and any need for adjusting of the pipeline. I used Slack to send the daily task list that was first checked and approved by Lewis and then checked in with the team if it was something they could complete. I also made sure to check with the before the end of the day so I could report back to Lewis how each part of the project was going. I attended meetings weekly with the Co-directors and kept notes on any new changes to the shots were noted down to make updating the schedule easier and to prioritise the most important tasks first.
