Olifantje in het Bos
- Feature Film

For this feature film I worked as a Production manager for the 3D animation of the animals in the film that were made and animated in the Capybara Animation studio.

This Feature film is directed by Meikeminne Clinckspoor.

In this film full of cheerful songs - including the well-known children's song Elephant in the Forest - the sisters Ollie and Nim experience a cheerful adventure. When they get lost on their way to a family party, Ollie feels very responsible for her big sister with Down's syndrome. They have to be on time for their performance for grandma, but everything seems to go wrong. Like a lost elephant in the woods, Ollie learns that she doesn't have to do everything herself. Sometimes she can also hold Nim's tail.

My work as a Production Manager 

Organisation: 

For this project I was tasked with creating the Breakdown sheet and monitoring the team by creating and assigning them weekly task lists that were sent to them daily on Slack. I made sure to keep up to schedule with all our other projects that were in progress at the same time to ensure the team wasn't overworked but that all the deadlines would also be met.

Communication:

We were in constant communication with the lighting studio Luts which I would send and deliver the latest renders through Dropbox to be checked and lit properly by them. I would also check the team throughout the day and how they were doing on their tasks and mental to ensure the pipeline was realistic and adjusted if needed. ​​​​
