During this project I was a Pre-productin producer and later as a producer in charge of making festival excel sheets and distribution plans.

This music promo video is directed by Dovydas Raudonis and is currently in production.

My work as a Pre-Producer

Organisation:

I was in charge of team Scheduling and for this reason I made a google calendar link avaliable to the team with all the major deadlines the director wanted to reach.

I also created the production pipeline to keep track of all major tasks and be sure we weren't falling behind.

Before production I set up a OneDrive to archive and save our pre-production, production and post-production.

I am now working on a festivals information excel sheet.
